1. Cancellations
Flexible Rate Bookings: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Bookings: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
2. Early Check-Out
If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, one night’s charge may be applied as an early departure fee.
3. No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
4. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), please refer to their cancellation and refund policies.
